Update - Easing of Greater Brisbane Restrictions - Face Masks
Further to our e-mail yesterday, we have received an update from Queensland Health regarding the easing of restrictions for the Greater Brisbane Area, specifically around the use of face masks:
Face masks
- Individuals must carry a face mask at all times
- Individuals must wear a face mask covering their mouth and nose at all times when in indoor spaces i.e. walking through a Clubhouse, Pro Shop, doing Score Card return (if inside), locker room etc.
- Individuals are not required to wear a face mask when indoors and are seated and eating or drinking.
- Individuals must wear a face mask outdoor when it is not possible to physically distance i.e. sharing a golf cart.
- Individuals are not required to wear a face mask when outdoors and are able to physically distance i.e. when playing golf.
- Masks must be worn by face-to-face hospitality staff, this includes pro shop staff. This will not apply to back of house staff
Please note, a person who removes their face mask must resume wearing the face mask as soon as practicable after the circumstance ends.
