Welcome to the 2026 Pennant Season!
The 2026 Pennant season will commence after the April school holidays and run from Sunday, 19 April 2026 for 8 weeks, and from Friday, 24 April 2025 for 9 weeks. Season 2026 will run over consecutive weeks, without impact from public and school holidays, except for Sunday, 3 May 2026 being the long weekend. This year, 54 teams are split over the Friday and Sunday competitions in the following divisions and zones:
- Friday Gold has seven (7) teams.
- Friday Silver has nineteen (19) teams which have been divided into three (3) zones.
- Friday Bronze has five (5) teams.
- Sunday Gold has eight (8) teams.
- Sunday Silver has nine (9) teams which have been divided into two (2) zones.
- Sunday Bronze has six (6) teams.
Draws (subject to change) are now available on each site. Contact details for 2026 Club Pennant Captains will be emailed to each Division Pennant captains group.
Below are the key dates for our 2026 Pennant season:
– January 2026 – Pennant player list template to be distributed.
– 1 March 2026 – Pennant player list to be returned to Pennant Chair.
– 14 March 2026 – Pennant training session at Nudgee Golf Club.
– 19 April 2026 – Sunday pennant competition commences.
– 24 April 2026 – Friday pennant competition commences.
– 7 June 2026 – Sunday pennant competition concludes.
– 12 June 2026 – Friday pennant competition concludes.
– Late June 2026 – Feedback survey distributed.
– Late July 2026 – Debrief meeting to discuss feedback results.

Gold Pennant
- Seven (7) players.
- First three (3) matches will be played OFF THE STICK.
- Remainder of matches (4 to 7) will be played using FULL HANDICAP DIFFERENCE.
- The maximum handicap of any player is GA 20.
- Players with a GA higher than 20 may play in the competition but must play using the maximum GA of 20.
- Order of play will be 1/2/3/4/5/6/7.

2025 Results
Silver Pennant
- Seven (7) players.
- All matches will be played using FULL HANDICAP DIFFERENCE.
- The handicap range of any player is NO MINIMUM to a MAXIMUM GA 28.
- Players with a GA higher than 28 may play in the competition but must play using the maximum GA of 28.
- Order of play will be 1/2/3/4/5/6/7.
- The aggregate of the GA handicaps of players must be at least 100. If an individual’s GA is greater than 28, then 28 will be the figure used as their GA in this calculation.
- There is no maximum aggregate.
Bronze Pennant
- Five (5) players.
- All matches will be played using FULL HANDICAP DIFFERENCE.
- The handicap range of any player is MINIMUM GA 20 to MAXIMUM GA 36.
- Players with a GA higher than 36 may play in the competition but must play using the maximum GA of 36.
- Order of play will be 1/2/3/4/5.
- The aggregate of the GA handicaps of players must be at least 125. If an individual’s GA is greater than 36, 36 will be used as their GA in this calculation.
- There is no maximum aggregate.
