It’s official – the BDLGA has been advised by the Golf Australia Safeguarding Team today (23 October 2026) we have successfully completed the Level 0 (Par) component of the Level Up Program. Although we still have multiple steps to complete in our journey, it’s a big start!
The following points summarize what this mean for us: the BDLGA formally adopted the Golf Australia National Integrity Framework Policies (accessible via https://bdlga.com.au/resources/) at our Delegate Meeting on 12 June 2026; our Safeguarding Committee Lead is our President and our District Safeguarding Officer is our Junior Chair (names and contact details available at https://bdlga.com.au/management-committee/); and our commitment to creating a safer, more welcoming, and more inclusive environment for children and young people in our district.
