The Brisbane and District Ladies Golf Association is a non-profit organisation run by the Management Committee who meet regularly to deal with association matters, organise annual BDLGA events, organise the district pennants for all clubs, act as a point of contact for all handicapping queries and generally work together for the benefit of all Brisbane lady golfers.
The association has a District Secretary who runs the administration side of the association. This position, as per the Rules of the association is a nominated/appointed position - it is not an AGM elected position. An annual honorarium is applicable to this position.
President, Vice-President, Treasurer, Handicap Manager and a Committee are all elected positions of the Management Committee.
Sub-committees are set up each year to manage Match, Tournament, Juniors and Course Rating.
